Owner / Elementary Teacher
Karli Coumerilh
Karli Coumerilh is a passionate educator holding a Master's degree, with extensive experience in both the public and private education sectors. She began her career as the Director of a private school, focusing on student development, and later moved into the public school system as a General Education Teacher, where she implemented innovative teaching methods. Outside of her professional life, Karli is a dedicated mother to three wonderful children, and they love to go camping and explore nature together. Additionally, she enjoys cake decorating, infusing creativity and sweetness into family celebrations. Karli is committed to fostering environments that promote learning and ensure every individual feels valued.

Elementary Teacher
Tabitha Neal
Tabitha Neal graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She began her teaching career in the public school system, teaching first grade for one year before stepping into the role of a stay-at-home-mother. During that time, she homeschooled her children which deepened her appreciation for individualized education. She later transitioned to teaching at a Montessori school for a few years which taught her the value of fostering independence, curiosity, and a deep love of learning in each child. Most recently, she has enjoyed teaching at Pocatello Valley Montessori for the past two years. She is passionate about creating hands-on, memorable learning experiences and tailoring her teaching to meet each child’s unique learning style. Outside of the classroom she enjoys reading, cooking, camping, hiking, road trips, and making cherished memories with her family!

Elizabeth Brod-Rosa
Elizabeth Brod-Rosa is a passionate mother and advocate for transforming the educational system to better serve today's learners. She is committed to supporting her community by fostering educational growth and empowerment. With a deep belief in the power of learning, she strives to create opportunities for others to thrive. Elizabeth believes in the power of hands-on learning, she is committed to creating more opportunities for children to learn through nature, exploration and real-world experiences. With a deep love for the outdoors, she encourages children to connect with the world around them, inspiring curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. She is driven by a vision of a future where education empowers every child to thrive.

Lead Preschool Teacher
MinDee Cristobal
MinDee Cristobal brings over five years of Montessori classroom experience and holds a Montessori certificate (0–3), a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and specialized training in Positive Discipline for both Montessori and traditional settings.

MinDee has a natural gift for connecting with children and families. Her calm, encouraging presence helps students feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. She’s passionate about creating a classroom where kids are free to explore, grow, and become kind, capable individuals.

Outside the classroom, MinDee loves reading, learning new things, and cheering on her boys in everything they do. You’ll often find her enjoying quality time with her family, especially over a board game or a round of cards.
